As a mother of three and a professional photographer, I felt physically and emotionally taxed at the end of almost each day. The MindSet journey helped me to create change in my life, and after graduating from the Mindset guide training in 2021, I found a deep purpose in helping others. I work in both 1:1 and group environments. I am also a certified yoga teacher (500 RYT) with over 1000 hours of experience of teaching yoga and meditation, and a certified Tamura Method practitioner (a somatic, energetic work that helps to connect with and access the wounded inner child within us).
As a yoga and mindfulness teacher I lead workshops and retreats both locally and abroad.

Dianna began her healing journey after years of intense travel and work-related burnout. She dove through layers of pain and fear that had been numbed by working too much, untangled the belief that productivity was her source of value and coaxed her soft, shy, emotional sides out of hiding. Dianna supports others to find clarity in their purpose, regain trust in themselves, be with a wider range of emotions, and build healthy relationships. In addition to being a MindSet guide, Dianna is a Certified Hakomi Practitioner and Tamura Method practitioner, and incorporates a combination of somatic techniques, mindfulness and parts work.

After studying sociology, I worked with children in inner city schools abroad in Lisbon and Madrid before guiding teens and young adults at a Hawaiian horticulture therapy center. There, I witnessed the transformative power of self-awareness and connection to the heart.
These experiences paired with my own journey overcoming anxiety through the MindSet tools showed me the importance of creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment for growth. By drawing from MindSet techniques and somatic exercises I help clients explore their emotions, build self-awareness, and navigate life transitions. In my spare time I’m either hiking, reading, or surfing! Happy to connect for a discovery call.

In the last 14 years I have been supporting people to connect with their body using different movement modalities, allowing them to explore, connect and let go.
Practicing the MIndSet tools made it so clear to me that the Mind, heart (emotions) and body are strongly connected. I learned to accept pain (Endometriosis) as part of my life, nourishing my heart in moments of pain and reminding my mind regarding unhelpful thoughts, all reducing the duration and severity of the episodes. As a mother of teenagers, I find the MindSet tools to be extremely helpful in the way I support my kids. Helping them deal with what life brings now and in the future. This is an amazing, powerful and precious gift to them. I would love to support anyone in their journey.
I was a mechanical engineer and triathlete, always pushing myself to achieve more. I had several injuries which got worse and worse (concussions, broken shoulder, and then in the ICU on a ventilator). This was my wake-up call. The universe sent me Priya, although I had no belief in the universe at the time. This led me down a journey of self-acceptance, self-growth, feeling and releasing past pain, and opening my suppressed heart so I could shine so bright. I learned to connect with, build, and lead life from my center. I can help you relieve anxiety and fear, connect to your heart, feel grief, connect to the universe, and your truest self.
